How it works

Plug in your Paci
Use a USB-C cable that supports data.

Turn it on
Make sure your Paci has power before updating.

Click Update Firmware
Your browser will ask you to choose the device.

Select your Paci
It may appear as a USB serial or ESP32 device.

Wait for it to finish
Keep the cable connected until the update is complete.
This updater works best in Chrome or Edge on a computer. It does not work on iPhone or iPad.
Troubleshooting
I do not see my Paci
Try a different USB-C cable. Some cables only charge and do not carry data.
The update will not start
Make sure you are using Chrome or Edge on a desktop or laptop computer.
The updater cannot connect
Unplug your Paci, plug it back in, turn it on, and try again. If your device has an accessible BOOT button, you can also try entering boot mode and then retrying.
